Is Your Mind (Really) Set For Success?
Answer this question honestly – Are you as happy and successful as you want to be? If you feel stuck, like your vision is not manifesting, you are not achieving your goals, or you are struggling with certain areas in your business, then you are probably already aware of some of the fears that have been holding you back. For many entrepreneurs it is a fear of selling, for others it is a lack of self-confidence and for some it is knowing that you have more potential, but continue to be blocked or stuck. All of these areas need to be addressed to be truly successful.
As a conscious entrepreneur myself, I know how challenging it can be to 'sell' yourself and/or your products and services in a way that feels congruent with your values. Especially when our society conditions us to have negative associations with 'sales people' or 'rich people'. This is one area I've mastered over the years as a spokesperson and an entrepreneur. I've also had the privilege of helping lots of my clients overcome their fear of sales and master authentic self-marketing and personal branding strategies.
What if you feel okay about sales, but you want to take your business to the next level? As many of the great minds have said over the years, you are either growing (that is, developing your skills and building upon your success) or dying. Now, I don't mean to come across as negative or harsh; however, if you are not where you want to be, then you need to understand there are subconscious beliefs and patterns that are creating your circumstances.
One of my very first clients had always wanted to work for himself. His parents were farmers and their entire life revolved around their business and "hard work". They were technically entrepreneurs but they were miserable and struggled with money. Money was the cause of violent fights and a lot of anxiety for him as a child. So when his entrepreneurial journey began at age 18, it is no surprise that his subconscious programming sabotaged his strong desire to be a successful business owner. At age 22, he founded his second business and worked about 10 hour days, 7 days a week to make it work. He was obsessed with success. Yet it inevitably led to bankruptcy, which was emotionally devastating. If you have ever gone through something similar, then you know the deep rooted fear of failure he was going through. He just did not know at this time it was his own mind that was sabotaging him. He was brought up to believe that making money was hard. And that's exactly what he was creating.
In order to achieve the highest level of success, fulfillment and wealth, you must learn to master your mind. But can you truly master your mind? Well, close... You can change your beliefs about yourself, your self-worth, you level of confidence, and develop control over your thoughts and emotional states. What could improved self-confidence, charisma, and an ideal business mindset do for you?
That's precisely what I focused on with my client. One session at a time, building up a mental programming solidly set for success. A few weeks into my program, he met a business partner and ended up opening a fitness center, which is today one of the fastest-growing ones in the Los Angeles area.
