Each session consists of hypnotherapy and/or mental coaching modalities customized to address your specific needs and requests. All hypnotherapy sessions include a customized audio MP3 recording of the hypnotic portion of the session to be listened to at home to reinforce the effect of therapy in between sessions.

For first-time clients, I am happy to provide 15-20 minutes for a preliminary phone consultation at no charge to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

For home sessions, please contact me prior to booking. Additional fees may apply for locations outside a 10 mile radius from West Los Angeles.
