For first-time clients, I am happy to provide 15-20 minutes for a preliminary phone consultation at no charge to discuss your needs. 

 

Coaching and hypnotherapy sessions last 90 minutes, with the exception of the first session which is 120 minutes. All hypnotherapy sessions include a customized audio MP3 recording for you to use in between sessions to reinforce the suggestions.
