Standard Hypnotherapy Sessions
My goal is to help you, which is why it matters to me that you get exactly what you come in for. For this reason, I am happy to provide up to 20 minutes for a preliminary phone consultation at no charge for first-time clients to discuss the suitability of your needs and hypnotherapy as an agent of your change.
Each hypnotherapy session (in-office or remote) includes hypnosis and mental coaching modalities customized to address your specific needs and requests. A standard session lasts 90 minutes, with the exception of the first session which is 120 minutes.
The cost of a session is $350. This includes an audio recording of the hypnosis part of the session (25-35 minutes) for you to listen at home and reinforce the effects of therapy in between sessions. The audio comes to you in high-quality MP3 format via email, so you can easily listen from any of your devices at the time that suits you best. Each session comes with a new audio recording. Reinforcement is key in how the mind learns new habits so your audio recordings are a crucial part of the change/healing process.
Private Home Sessions
If you require hypnotherapy sessions at home due to media confidentiality or privacy concerns, please contact me for more information.
• The first private home session is 2 hours at $600
• All subsequent sessions are 1.5 hours at $500
All sessions includes hypnosis recordings and travel time to the location of up to 10 miles. For longer distances, travel fees will apply at an additional $100/session.
